Calling all kids! Six Flags Over Georgia has officially announced that they are looking for the first ever kid-caster to report on construction of their new in 2016 attraction. The park announced in 2015 that their current kids area would be expanded into the new Bugs Bunny Boomtown and the world’s first DC Super friends kids area.

Six Flags Over Georgia is currently searching for its first-ever KidCaster, a junior reporter between the ages of 6-11 years old, who will report on the construction of the park’s two new family-themed areas: Bugs Bunny Boomtown and the World’s First DC SUPER Friends. In all, the 12 new rides and attractions opening this spring, are designed for the entire family to experience together.

Those interested may apply online now through Wednesday, January 20 at A parent or guardian must sign their child up, explaining in 200 words or less why their child should be selected as the KidCaster. Following the application process, Six Flags Over Georgia staff will select five finalists to be interviewed. The winner will be selected by January 30.

The KidCaster will be responsible for visiting Six Flags Over Georgia once a month from February through May to tape construction updates. The KidCaster will be featured on the park’s social media pages. In addition, the KidCaster will serve as the Master Of Ceremonies for the scheduled opening of Bugs Bunny Boomtown on March 12 and again for the opening of DC SUPER Friends in late May.
